Immersive Training in Mobile Virtual Reality

About This Topic

The aim of this master thesis to develop a system to allow for immserive training of first responders within a virtual reality environment, solely running an a mobile device. It includes:

- 3D scene viewing with mobile HMD

- Object Interaction and Navigation with game pad

Tasks are:

- Evaluate state of the art computer-based training software and into existing VR framework

- Extend framework for after action review

- Create immersive VR training scenarios for first responders

- Evaluate system with actual firefighters

Programming involves: C/C++, C#, Unity3D, Android
