Develop a desktop application that allows for designing a one-picture video summary from keyframes by drag and drop arrangement in tiles. Requires the definition of tile layout templates, keyframe extraction (using an existing library), a bit of image processing and - maybe - a bit of interaction, if the tiles are implemented clickable.
