Development of a web portal for researcher exchange that provides similarity-based search. Researchers should be represented by a subject, field of work, rank, location, time frame and selected private properties (family, etc.). Users should be able to register, define a profile and to search and contact similar profiles.

The entire system should be based on a free CMS. The implemented components should be made open source. Special care should be taken about design and scalability of the solution.
